Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Here you can process a refund for your item or an exchange for a different item. A shipping label will be generated for you and confirmation email sent. ALL EXCHANGES will be initiated once the return is in transit. For ALL REFUNDS, a refund will not be initiated until the item is received and inspected to ensure the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on ALL REFUNDS unless otherwise specified by Rodeo In The Sky. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Rodeo In The Sky will cover cost of shipping on ALL EXCHANGES.
